Ewa then judged Sylwia by her outfit, doing exactly what she is fighting against. Now he befriends her, helping her deal with the consequences of the rape. Sylwia gets involved in organizing the show. He has opponents, but the biggest obstacle is the fact that Ewa hides the truth from Sylwia.

Drama. “The Island of Bees” is a story about the transforming power of trauma, about how destruction can lead to rebirth. A young woman Agata returns to the island, the place of her childhood, to face the mother she has long hated. From an adult perspective, she discovers the source of her resentment, which forces her to face the experience of abuse she had suffered as a child. Understanding the harm suffered allows her not only to understand who is the real perpetrator but also to rediscover her relationship with her mother and her own sexuality. Undermining the patriarchal norms of the local community, Agata pushes other women to an unexpected gesture of solidarity.
